RETURNS POLICY
 
For returns you should require a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number Within 30 days of receiving your order.All items returned should have a RMA number to allow easy identification and prompt processing.
Please Contact Us ( sales@smartproductshopping.com) for a RMA number and Return address.
The item(s) must not altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.
Returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number.
 Any Return violating the policy will get non-refundable and be sent back to the customer.
 
RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us for Return Address of items to different suppliers before shipping returns. And we strongly recommend you shipping the return items by your local post service but not DHL/UPS/FEDEX,Which may cost the customs duty.
 
We will pay for return shipping:
Product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

REFUND POLICY
After we receive your Return or Cancellation,Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method or Paypal account. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
 
LOST PACKAGA POLICY
If a package did not arrive in 5 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
 
 
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please contact us to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
